As we move into the VoIP security world with a goal to set the new standard with our patented product, vPurity� - there are many challenges to create a non-intrusive way to secure the voice media stream. NIST (http://csrc.nist.gov/) has many different approaches to cover some of these vulnerabilities yet still do not address the data extraction capabilities for those trusted sources removing intellectual property from corporations and government entities.  

Project Management

• $17M Statewide Avaya to Cisco migration for 22,000 subscribers across the state
• $2.98M IVR System reconfiguration & replacement for southeast State Government. Created savings plan for client of $1.2MM in operational cost. Wrote RFP, hired vendors and negotiated contract for state agency.
• $11.7M global VoIP migration for Global Engineering Group. 14 countries covering 43 sites. Contract negotiations with global service providers saved client over $840,000. Scheduling and resource assignments in Asia, Europe, South Africa, South America, U.S. and Canada.
• $4M wireless services division of $100M construction firm. $1M south Texas market and $1.1M of contract negotiations for cellular carriers and its vendors. Resource hiring and deployment for project demands with budgeting and controlling.
• Managed $9.2M 800 MHz Re-banding initiative for statewide emergency radio/first-responders
• Managed $8M ATM network design and implementation project encompassing 16,000 nodes and 9 facilities
• Managed $31M IT infrastructure build-out of a $330M facilities project supervising 26 subcontractors in the MEP and IT trades
• Managed and implemented nationwide router and switch network for a major cellular carrier.

• Design and architect of global data centers for large wireless manufacturer
• Design and architecture of 5 campus labs for a major telecommunications manufacturer
• Architect and redesign of communications network for airline in the southeast
• Architect and design of a large petroleum company's 17,000-site communications network

Technology Consulting

• Developed the $3.25M Request for Proposal (RFP) for County government IP Telephony solution servicing 5,300 users in 36 locations
• Managed migration of hosting SAP application for a major construction equipment manufacturer
• Managed Data Center Co-location requirement definition, Request for Information and RFP for a multi division manufacturing company. The project included both co-location and managed services requirements.
• Designed and managed a Storage Area Network (SAN) upgrade for a utility in the Midwest.
• Managed Email Consolidation and Migration for 23 state health agencies and departments.
